Hi! My name is Jeff Parente, and I created this site to showcase some of my work. I hope you'll enjoy it and find it interesting.
I love problem solving. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, and in particular, how when businesses serve their customers well, both the customers and the organization can benefit.
I love making things, and figuring out how things can be done better. My background is in graphic and web design. In my professional roles, I have served largely as a systems engineer for video production, a project manager, and a team leader. In all these roles I have tried to always maintain a strong focus on the user experience, and delivering value to both the customer and the organization for which I'm working.
As for formal education, I have a Master of Science degree in Information Communications Technology from the University of Denver, with a double-concentration in Web Design and Development, and Information System Security. And, I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Baylor University. I also hold professional certifications in project management (PMP), and the scrum agile framework (PSM I, PSPO I).
